What is Dynamic scoring?
It is a "fudge factor", that basically lets them make anything they want seem fiscally responsible- it adds how we "feel" about a tax cut, rather than what will actually happen.
Lies, damn lies and dynamic scoring (made a typo there, and auto-correct offered to spell it "screwing"- kind of appropriate, I think).
